Creating a soundproof room really is not that difficult as you imagine . With the right equipment and careful workmanship , soundproof rooms for we can make happen even though we make it ourselves . There are several stages for you to make a soundproof rooms.
Here I will explain the stages :
1. Clean all the dirt on the wall first and make sure the room is used not humid . If your roof is leaking soon fix that leaking water from spreading and damaging the soundproof walls .
2. Then prepare materials such as : drill , nails , glue , glass wool , wood lath , gypsum , carpet .
3. Create a damper frame on the wall in the form of wood lath arrangement with a square box pattern . Large size of each box is about 60 cm x 60 cm .
4. Fill the inside of each box frame with glass wool with a thickness of about 2 cm to 3 cm , use glue to pasting it.
5. Close frame with gypsum board and make a 3 mm hole is not uniform in every part of the surface of the gypsum wall ( function is to refract the sound reflections )
6. Pasted carpet to all parts of the room walls using nails to cover all areas of the room . Do the same thing on the bottom of the roof ceiling of the room .
7. At the top of the ceiling you can use the roof of the former site of the eggs or thick carpet to dampen sound leak .Because this part of the most frequent occurrence of leakage sound.Stack your ceiling follows the roof shape with a thickness that you can customize yourself .
8. To the ground floor and the rear doors are sized using a thick carpet.
